In order to satisfy our clients and give them an unforgettable stay with us, wish to inform that in case of any sort of complaint, in order to act accordingly and promptly, clients have to inform us in writing before theirs departure. After departure, we shall not be able to satisfy any demand, which has not been firstly confirmed by the Hotel Management during clients* stay. The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation at anytime with the above sanction. In order to avoid any cancellation fees, purchaser must cancel by 12.00 his reservation at least 12 days prior to the arrival date. As a consequence of the above cancellation rule, the reimbursement of the money to the purchaser will be made to the purchasers* credit card -the bank transfer expenses will be charged to the purchaser-. In the event of cancellation within the time frame of 12 days before the arrival date or of *non-show* of the purchaser, the cancellation fees reached the total sum of the cost of stay.

  1. Guarantee Rules. 1stGR Guarantee Required Credit Card Guarantee required for booking. 2ndGR Deposit Required Deposit of 100 percent of total stay is required at booking. For the reservations of hotels rooms or villas required valid and non expired credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD. By confirmation of the booking, -purchaser must have the total cost of stay as deposit to his credit card-, full amount of cost will be blocked to his credit card and charged at 12th day before arrival date. In order to finalize your Booking Confirmation and Credit Card charge please be aware that we need to be informed upon the CVV Code of your clients* Credit Card -the three last digits at the back of the card number-.

* Reservations must be cancelled by 12am, hotel time 12 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 100 percent of stay to be charged on the credit card that was used at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. * An early departure fee will be charged upon the discretion of the hotel. * There are certain time periods that the policies will change and those dates will be listed below along with the policy that applies
