Very clean!!! Welcoming and attentive personnel! They assisted a lot and their advice was very helpful. The location is perfect, in the very center of Heraklion.

Best decision of the vacation so far. Best location. Within a couple minutes you can be in the heart of Heraklion with a lot of restaurants to choose from.
The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. And the service was clear and very helpful.
Breakfast was good. And there is parking across the street for a good price.
Highly recommend this place for a visit to Heraklion.

Very clean rooms spacious balcony powerful showers with plentiful hot water good breakfast friendly helpfull staff …I had a hot chocolate from the bar in the night and it was only 3€ so not at all over priced.. the location is perfect a few minutes walk to the shopping area and the bus station will be using this hotel next time I visit
